More than 100 years of combined real estate experience

Established in 1981, Urbahns Property Group has developed almost every type of real estate, including multi-family residential subdivisions, apartment complexes, medical office, industrial, flex and office buildings, with its main focus being retail shopping centers. The company is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, but has built properties in 9 different states.

Our group maintains a high level of market knowledge and professionalism, and consists of experts in leasing, land acquisition and disposition, development, zoning, property management, and financial analysis.

Our management success is a result of personalized service and individual attention to detail. Each member of the property management team gets to know our tenants and responds to their individual needs in a timely and professional manner.

Construction Management

As a licensed General Contractor, Urbahns Property Group manages interior finishing and remodeling. We focus on making sure our tenants’ spaces meet the same quality standards as the buildings they occupy.
