We have a variety of major projects underway at all times.  Our current projects total between $50 and $70 million, all financed and developed by Urbahns Companies.

We take our projects from conception through construction and leasing, and manage all of the commercial properties we build.

Before embarking on any real estate project, we study area demographics and other market factors. We determine the best use for the property and make sure the project makes sense for the marketplace.

This assessment of opportunities allows us to capitalize on real estate projects with potential, thereby delivering prime locations to retail, corporate, industrial, and service tenants, as well as homeowners. This careful, studied approach has been successful time and again as we expand into new markets nationwide.

In addition to full-scale developments, we also bring new life to existing properties. Urbahns Companies has recently redeveloped properties in Indiana, Colorado, and California.

We are also closely affiliated with Rockford Construction Company, a prominent full-service general construction and construction management firm. Based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Rockford employs more than 100 construction professionals and is the 220th largest general contractor in the United States.

Urbahns also owns Horning Roofing Company in Indianapolis. This acquisition brings even more building expertise into the Urbahns Companies business portfolio. We are currently building a new 30,000-square-foot corporate headquarters for Horning.
